This spacious open-plan living home has stunning views of the 18 hole Links Golf Course Our garden leads directly onto the 2nd Fairway and we have a stunning view of Table Mountain. There are two lounges with views of Table Mountain.
The informal lounge has a Indoor BBQ and leads onto a timber deck - ideal for outdoor dining.
The deck looks onto the lake and we have comfortable chairs where you can read a book or do some for bird watching or just chill with a beer or martini at Sunset.
The Kitchen has a granite topped Breakfast Bar for drinks and snacks.
It has all the mod-cons including a very large American style fridge/freezer with icemaker.
There is a separate Scullery area with Bosch appliances - Dishwasher, Tumble drier and Washing machine..
There is a wood fireplace in the formal lounge and the whole house is heated for those chilly nights
The Dining area overlooks onto the fairways and Table Mountain and has a substantial large wooden table and chairs, |seating for 6 people very comfortably - what better place to sit after a fabulous meal and contemplate life with a good bottle of wine
The large swimming pool is walled and completely private.
There is ample space around the pool for sunloungers and we have a wooden table with benches under
the trees for "al Fresco" Dining. It is facing North and is perfect for all day round sun shine and is sheltered from the sometimes strong Cape winds. We have a large lawn in front of the home big enough for family cricket or for kicking balls or practicing your putting. It boasts a magnificent fynbos garden that leads directly onto the 2nd fairway. The Sprinbok often sleep in our garden and many of the birds walk the lawn to their nests in the Fynbos.
